Tammy Greer
Director
Dr. Tammy Greer attended the University of New Orleans for her B.A. and received her Ph.D. in psychology from Tulane University. She is currently an associate professor, the Director of the Center for American Indian Research and Studies at the University of Southern Mississippi, and the faculty advisor for the Golden Eagles Intertribal Society, a Native-focus student group at USM. Dr. Greer also founded and tends the thousand square foot Medicine Wheel Garden and coordinates the Petal Southern Miss Powwow each year in April.

Raegan Bishop
Doctoral Student
Raegan is a third-year graduate student in the Brain and Behavior program. She received her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Mobile in 2018. She recently defended her Masters Thesis on racial bias in pain perception here at USM. Her research interests include health disparities, minority health behaviors, the various factors that contribute to these behaviors, and interventions that can be used to improve minority health outcomes.

Asha Bradley
Doctoral Student
Asha is a first year graduate student in the Brain and Behavior Program. She received her B.A. at the University of Minnesota - Duluth (2015) and her Masters in Public Health with an emphasis in Native Hawaiian and Indigenous Health from the University of Hawaii - Manoa (2017). Her research interests include Aquaponics Systems, Medicine Wheel Gardens, and Indigenous Health. Email: asha.bradley@usm.edu
